The 24th annual Bay Ridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade, March 26, was the final festivity for the Irish as they honored their patron saint. Msgr. Kieran Harrington, president and chairman of the board of DeSales Media, was the grand marshal as the parade once again paid tribute to Catholic education. The Horan family was honored as the Family of the Year. Deputy marshals included Kevin Anderson, Christopher Byrne, Kelly MacLellan Byrnes, Mary Molloy Donnelly, Frances Gillen, Kristen Hayes, Brendan Lally, and Brian G. Xuereb.
