In conjunction with Scholastic Inc., the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books, students from Divine Mercy Catholic Academy in Ozone Park collected more than 100 pairs of pajamas for children in shelters this winter. Bayside Knights Aid Women In Need
Members of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 8964 at St. Robert Bellarmine parish in Bayside, recently raised funds to support the efforts of Providence House, a non-profit dedicated to transitioning women who are homeless and recently released from prison back into their families and communities.
