Saturday, March 23 was an exciting day for the Catholic Youth Organization’s girls’ swim teams.
The teams competed in this year’s championship meet held at the Nassau Aquatic Center in Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, L.I.
St. Sebastian continued its swimming dominance as the team captured the ‘A’ Division championship with 375 pts. Tri-M (Our Lady of Mercy/Our Lady Queen of Martyrs) followed in second place with 360 pts., while Good Shepherd came in third place with 316 pts.

FLUKES (Holy Family/St. Luke’s), Sacred Heart, St. Gregory the Great and St. Anastasia all finished within three pts. of each other behind St. Patrick/St. Ephrem.
