
Formerly known as Sister Maria Prague, she entered the congregation in 1945 from St. Thomas Aquinas parish, Flatlands.
Her ministries included Holy Child Jesus, Richmond Hill, 1947-1951; St. James Cathedral Basilica Downtown Brooklyn, 1951-1953; Epiphany, Bedford-Stuyvesant, 1953-1956; St. Joseph, Prospect Heights, 1956-1958; Academia San Jose , San German, Puerto Rico, 1958-1964; St. Camillus, Rockaway Beach, 1964-1965; Transfiguration, Williamsburg, 1965-1966; Academia Santa Maria, Ponce, Puerto Rico, 1966-1968; Academia Santa Monica, 1968- 1969; Bishop McDonnell H.S., Crown Heights, 1969-1973; St. Joseph H.S., Downtown Brooklyn, 1973-1975; Cathedral H.S., Manhattan, 1975-1979; St. Angela Hall Academy H.S., Clinton Hill, 1979-1980; and The Mary Louis Academy, Jamaica Estates, 1980-1997. She retired in 1997.
Her wake and funeral Mass were held in Maria Regina Chapel June 30-July 1, followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, Brentwood.
