Lucille Spencer, the mother-in-law of Deacon Eugene Wohlfarth, a deacon of the Diocese of Brooklyn who is currently ministering in the Diocese of Austin, Texas, died Sept. 26 in Austin.

All arrangements were scheduled in Austin.
