Family Home Care and Care At Home understand that each client is unique, so home health care aides help and encourage each individual to live a happy, full and productive life.

Services are provided in your home, based on your schedule and your needs. Caregivers are held to exceptionally high standards: they are home health aide (HHA) certified with background checks and continuous in-service education. They are compassionate and are available for hourly or 24-hour, live-in assignments.

A registered nurse will visit your home and evaluate your loved one’s condition in order to determine an appropriate plan of care, based on your needs and wishes. Family Home Care and Care At Home specialize in geriatric care as well as supportive care for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

Caregivers provide for activities of daily living, including ambulation, transfer and bathing, meal planning and preparation, range of motion exercises, laundry services, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Family Home Care Services also offers a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) so clients are able to choose their own caregiver, and pay a relative or family friend to provide that care.
