Retired Bishop Albert H. Ottenweller of Steubenville, Ohio, died Sept. 23 at the age 96. The bishop, pictured in an undated photo, lived in Toledo, Ohio, in retirement. He was the first auxiliary bishop named for Toledo, appointed to the post in 1974. In 1977 he was named to Steubenville, where he served until his retirement in 1992.
