Obituary: Sister M. Jeannine Parry, I.H.M.

Sister M. Jeannine Parry, I.H.M., a member of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary for 75 year, died May 23 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Scranton, Pa. She was 92.

Born in Pittston, Pa., and given the name Marion, she made her final profession of vows in 1947.

In the Diocese of Brooklyn, she taught at St. Ephrem, Dyker Heights, 1951-57; and Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, Forest Hills, 1971-76.

She is survived by two sisters, Sister M. Celeste, I.H.M., of Scranton, Pa.; and Rose Ann McGrath of Edgewater, Fla.

Burial was at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pa.
