Bishop Neil E. Tiedemann, C.P., will be officially welcomed as an auxiliary bishop for the Diocese of Brooklyn at a Mass of Thanksgiving, Thursday, Aug. 4 at the Immaculate Conception Pastoral Center, Douglaston.
