Bishop Honors Scout Leaders in Diocese

The Bishop’s Dinner for Scouting was held Oct. 19 at El Caribe Country Club, Mill Basin.

Below, the Bishop’s Good Scout Award is presented to NYPD Assistant Chief Steven M. Powers, commanding officer of Patrol Brooklyn South:
